Homeless Veterans Support
Our "Back to Basics" Housing program helps homeless veterans rebuild essential life skills and transition to independent living. We partner with City, County, State and Law Enforcement Representatives to identify and support homeless veterans.

Back to Basics Housing Program
We address the root causes of homelessness and help veterans rebuild essential skills needed for independent living and community integration.
Assessment & Causes
We identify the life events that led to homelessness and create individualized recovery plans:
- • AOD (Alcohol or Other Drugs)
- • Mental Health conditions
- • Incarceration reintegration challenges
- • Family breakdown or loss
- • Negative life events (job loss, medical crisis)
Skills We Rebuild
Our program helps veterans redevelop essential skills for successful independent living:
- ✓ Living: Basic life skills and daily routines
- ✓ Being a Neighbor: Community integration and social skills
- ✓ Self-Care: Personal hygiene and health management
- ✓ Independence: Financial literacy and employment readiness
Referral Partners
We work with City, County, State and Law Enforcement Representatives, along with community organizations, to identify and support homeless veterans.
